All of our animals are well socialized. Our pigs are handled from day one and all pig parents know how to sit. As part of our farm tours, our animals are involved in regular interactions with visitors, providing them with ample socialization and exposure to different people. They also have exposure to the other animals on the farm which include horses, a donkey, cows, chickens, dogs, and pigs.

-Kunekune Pigs can live 20 years and they are not full grown until 6 years old. They are a long term commitment. -Mini Zebu Cows are another long lived animal, with an average lifespan of 18-21 years. They are disease, bug and bloat resistant. -Salmon Faverolle Chickens, since we breed exhibition stock, they are larger than hatchery stock and many of my bloodlines are from up north. I have found they tend to only survive 1-3 years in the Texas Heat.
