If you have been following me for a while on Instagram you may know that we tragically lost 2 of our pigs in October 2019. A neighbor shot and killed them after they got out and were eating acorns in his front yard.  Possum who was born on our farm was only 6 months old and Tuck who was to be the herd site had just turned a year old. Possum was a Mahia Love boar so we have been looking for a replacement and were fortunate to get this excellent boar from Liberty Farms in Lousianna.
 
Paula at Libery Farms actually sold us our very first pigs and taught me how to be the breeder that I am today.  She treats all of her animals like they are family members and so do we. She breeds the most friendly pigs and Glaive was no exception. He was crawling all over me in my lap from day one.  We are so excited to have this little guy and can't wait to see the piglets he will produce.
